The Paradigm Shift is a process that reveals who you are by unlearning what you aren’t.
the old Paradigm
We are witnessing an apocalypse of the old paradigm which is rooted in separation. The death of social structures, fear based belief systems, and oppressive power dynamics is a necessary process in reclaiming our creative energy.
The old paradigm relied on external authority and internal disconnection. We have lost our self-knowledge, collective wisdom and power through centuries of global trauma.
A new paradigm is possible by choosing to heal, embracing wholeness and shifting our internal landscape.
Going in is the way out.
How doEs it Manifest?
The symptoms of the old paradigm are impossible to ignore.
The unprocessed pain in our bodies are reflected in the endless suffering in the world. Systems of violence and inequity cannot be transformed without acknowledging the pain that they have caused and clearing the imprint they have left in our psychology.
Everything that we choose to suppress, ignore or deny grows the collective shadow, which contains the unseen and unfelt parts of ourselves that are unconsciously shaping our lives without our awareness. We are bound to our past and our karmic patterns until we face our core wounds.
Feeling our pain is the first step towards change.
Integrating our shadow is how we create new possibilities.
You are the shift
This isn’t something is accomplished through endless studying, sitting in meditation, reading books, or someone telling you what to do: it is a change that comes from within you.
You’ll learn ancient Tantric practices, embodied shadow work, breathwork techniques, and develop your own intuitive abilities.
You will engage in inner work on multiple dimensions and layers of the self: mental, emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual.
This isn’t self-improvement, this is self-actualization.
the new paradigm
The journey through the underworld is not an easy one: facing your deepest fears and allowing the false self that was created out of survival to be released. The bardo, the in-between state of the unknown and known must be traversed. The truth is revealed in the void; which is the cremation ground for ego identity and the birthplace of the soul’s expression of self. Through this process there is aliveness, wholeness and an endless source of love.
There isn’t a fixed destination or a defined outcome, only the power to consciously create the life you want.

Fear is completely normal and to be expected when making a decision to change your life in a meaningful way. The most important skill that you can develop to work through this resistance towards change is safety. Practices such as breathwork and somatic therapy are a great foundation to build before engaging in any deep inner work. We cannot change when our bodies are still fighting for safety and survival. Small, subtle shifts are possible that can build safety, trust and courage to make the bigger shifts. Be honest with where are you are and the type of support you need to let go and allow change.

My lived experience through intense trauma, pain and suffering is the ultimate qualification for this work. I continue to transform my suffering everyday through The Paradigm Shift. Most formal and structured trainings in this field are Indigenous practices that have been colonized and stripped of their essence or Western psychology that has a limited framework and pathologizes pain within the culture and system of capitalism. Most of the yoga, breathwork, and psychology trainings I’ve completed have required a significant amount of decolonizing work, all done through my personal practices. The deepest and richest source of wisdom in my path has been energetic, through my ancestors, Shakti pilgrimage in India and the unseen realm which extends into all aspects of life. You don’t do Tantra or study it, you become it. One can master the teachings, techniques and tools but until there is a mastery of self, you are not able to guide others on the path of self-realization.

I spent many years trying to heal things separately: seeing a functional medicine doctor for my chronic physical symptoms, a therapist for my mental health, an acupuncturist for my stress and the list goes on. I realized that treating myself as separate parts and pieces was actually keeping me stuck in disease. Separation and fragmentation perpetuates our core wounding. It was only when i realized all of my imbalances, symptoms and pains were connected that I started to experience real change.
Mulitidimensional medicine addresses everything in your life: your relationship to your body, your emotions, your thoughts, your unconscious reactions and habits, your relationship dynamics, all of it has to be changed for a new way of life to emerge. We heal when we become aware that everything is interconnected and nothing is separate.
