Inner Child Healing Workbook

This workbook includes practices to engage with the inner child from both the Jungian perspective and Tantric tradition. The first half of this workbook includes specific practices and journaling prompts to connect with the wounded inner child and identify early childhood trauma, emotional wounds and nervous system patterns. The second half of this workbook includes practices and journaling prompts to reconnect to the divine child, associated with the Bala deity and creativity.
